Sprinkled With Love Cakes

Sprinkled with Love Cakes LLC., is a certified home-based bakery that operates in accordance with Georgia's cottage food laws. We bake everything from scratch using finest of ingredients and utmost care.
Upon placing an order with us, YOU (as in, a CUSTOMER doing business with Sprinkled With Love Cakes LLC) automatically agree to the following TERMS and CONDITIONS stated below, so please read carefully:

Booking
- To secure the date and the service you are interested in, we kindly request a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% of the total agreed amount as a DEPOSIT to be made.
- Remaining balance is due prior to delivery.
- Once the order is placed, NO CHANGES, such as, in cake flavor or the cake design will be accepted.
Cancellation & Refund
- Please note that in the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date, the deposit WILL NOT be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
- Should you need to cancel your order, we kindly request that you notify us at least one week in advance from your order date, and we will refund the booking amount, deducting a $25 service fee.
- Once the product has been delivered up, I have no control over its handling and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Pickup & Delivery
- Please be sure to schedule your pickup/delivery time accurately. We request the customers to pickup as per the scheduled time as planned.
- We do offer cake delivery service as well, and the delivery fee is determined based on the distance to your specified location.
Cake Care
- Keep cake out to display 1 HOUR BEFORE cutting, to bring it to room temperature for better experience.
- Please remove all decorations and dowels that support the cake before serving and try to serve at the room temperature.
- Store cake in the box in a refrigerator and keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.
Allergy
- For the safety of our customers with allergies, please be aware that our facility cannot guarantee that your item will not come into contact with allergens on shared equipment. However, rest assured that we implement strict measures to minimize the risk of cross-contamination and we are not liable for any discrepancies.
